The wrap does not stick in the top right corner for the Model 3 2024 Highland. I messaged customer service and they sent me a 4 paragraph message about how it’s my fault so I’m sure they get the same feedback a lot. Refused to send replacement unless I paid. Avoid this seller.
You emailed and listed out every step you took, except for cleaning, and our '4 paragraph' response was instructions on how to remedy the issue.
Fortunately, we actually don't have this problem a lot, but when we do, it's definitely never caused by the vinyl. We offered you 65% discount to replace your order at our cost, but I see you just wanted a free replacement.
We use the same high performance 3M 180CV3 vinyl wrap used on vehicles wraps, and wrap installers around the world will tell you the same thing. That's why we know, this vinyl will only fail if you didn't clean properly and why the top right corner of your 'Model 3 2024 Highland' didn't stick.
Next time the very first step in the instructions is that you clean, put extra effort into that step.
Decal is very forgiving if you mess up at all, looks awesome while charging.
