Shipping policy
The ONLY shipping services which have a guaranteed delivery date are USPS Express and UPS Next Day Air. *UPS 2nd Day Air is currently suspended from their delivery guarantee. We will not replace or refund orders before they have a valid claim (see below for details).

Free Shipping...?
We know... paying for shipping stinks! It runs us on average $5.00/order… so we can only absorb “free” shipping on larger purchases.
*Unfortunately, we are no longer able to offer customers with a more cost effective Economy USPS First Class shipping option for low dollar orders. We have discontinued this option as of 12/17/24, due to a chargeback claim from Cesar B[REDACTED]. of Los Angeles CA.... despite being warned multiple times in checkout that purchasing Economy USPS First Class shipping that states, "No insurance & No tracking", does not have, insurance, or tracking. Nevertheless, long story short, Cesar threw a tantrum, so we've also ceased processing payments through PayPal for this reason as well. Anyone who is disappointed about this change should reconsider any friends they may have, named Cesar B[REDACTED], residing in Los Angeles.
Free Shipping Terms
Free shipping applies to single orders that meet the following minimums (in USD) using a standard/economy shipping service:
- $30 USD for shipments within the United States
- $60 USD for shipments to Canada
- $70 USD for shipments to all other eligible countries
Free shipping applies to standard/economy shipping services only. Upgraded or expedited services are available at the customer’s request and are billed at the carrier’s rate.
How eligibility is calculated
Free shipping eligibility is based on your order subtotal after discounts are applied, but before tax. Multiple separate orders cannot be combined to meet the minimum, and split shipments may result in additional charges.
Returns affecting free shipping
If you return part of your order and the remaining subtotal falls below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. In other words… once the subtotal changes, the order is recalculated as if it never qualified for “free” shipping.
Additional notes about free shipping
- Orders containing 3rd-party drop-ship items may include vendor shipping charges. These appear as a separate shipment at checkout and follow the vendor’s policy.
- “Free” shipping doesn’t roll over into upgraded or expedited options.
Shipping Times / Delays / Reasonable Expectations
TLDR: SHIP TIMES ARE ESTIMATES. Allow up to 2 business days handling before most orders ship. Our cut-off is 12pm PST, Mon–Fri. We don’t hand deliver packages… so if transit is delayed, please check with the carrier.
We ship Mon–Fri (excluding holidays) from California. Most orders leave within 12–24 hours. Orders placed before 12pm PST may ship same-day… no promises.
Most packages arrive in 5–7 business days, though USPS AND Economy International can sometimes stretch beyond 14 (yep, it happens). Occasionally, packages can get "lost" briefly, please try to be patient, it usually works out. Want reliability? UPS tends to be better.

We ship across the U.S. and internationally (see exclusions below). For Hawaii, Alaska, and international destinations, expect longer transit times. These additional travel times are already included in the carriers’ estimates at checkout… but you’ll still need to factor in all of the above (unexpected delays)
Claims / Shipping Insurance:
TLDR:
• Report damage claims within 24 hours.
• Package shows "Delivered" but not actually delivered? Let us know right away, but.. sometimes it's just a mail carrier trick. Wait until the next delivery day, then contact us.
• Package late? Delays happen, please allow up-to 20 days US and 40 days international.
• Gave us the wrong address? Not great, contact us if the package is being returned.
• Wrong items or something missing from your order? We all make mistakes, but notify us within 24 hours of delivery, not 1 month later.
We provide shipping insurance on all orders, up to the order value, for loss, damage, or theft during transit. Each claim must be brought to our attention promptly and claims may be filed within a certain time period in relation to the service purchased. All claims must be made no later than 60 days after the mailing/shipping date. Please refer to the specific carrier’s terms found on their respective website, as these terms may change.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but was not actually received, make sure to let us know within 48 hours. We've noticed that most often "ghost deliveries" are just a sneaky mail carrier trying to meet their daily delivery quota. Your package should be delivered the following delivery day and often is, but if you do not receive your package by the following delivery day, please contact us so we can assist with filing a claim.
Claims for packages still in transit or without tracking updates may be filed after 20 days from the original shipping date for US orders (no later than 60) and 40 days for international (no later than 90). This follows standard carrier policy, though it may vary by carrier/service. Insurance does not cover packages lost due to incorrect addresses entered at checkout. If you give us the wrong address, we aren’t responsible for lost or returned packages.
Damage Claims
Damage or missing item claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery. Keep all packaging and damaged goods in original form — we’ll request photos of packaging and contents for proof. Do not discard packaging or damaged items before the claim is processed. Failure to comply may result in claim denial.
Expedited Shipments:
TLDR: Delivery times ARE ESTIMATES, unless you have an Express or Expedited shipping option (*See Carrier Policy). Expedited orders received before 2pm PST, Mon–Fri, may ship same-day… but remember, carriers call the shots once it leaves us.
We already build 1 business day of handling into the carrier’s estimated shipping times that you see at checkout. This means most orders ship the next business day, and the carrier’s regular ETA starts after that.
It is important to keep in mind… most shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. THE ONLY GUARANTEED DELIVERY SERVICES ARE USPS EXPRESS & UPS NEXT DAY (*SEE CARRIER POLICY FOR POSSIBLE CHANGES)

- USPS: Mon–Sat

*UPS occasionally delivers expedited services on the weekends as well, but since there are too many variables and we don't have control over that, we'll count that as a non-business day.
- DHL: Mon-Fri
Expedited orders placed before 2pm PST, Mon–Fri, get top priority for same-day shipping. Same day shipping is NOT guaranteed.
For Example:
You order Cybertruck Foundation badges Thursday at 12:15pm PST with UPS Next Day. ETA = next Monday (1 day handling + 1 day shipping). We will still try to ship your order today (Thursday), but there is a chance your order will ship the following business day which is Friday. This means you should receive your package in 1 UPS business day, which might be Saturday.. but it will likely be Monday.
On the other hand, if you order by 11:40am PST Thursday, same product/service. We do our absolute best to ship the same day and Next Day UPS should deliver by Friday. But remember, everything is an estimate.
Shipping Methods Explanation:
- Standard Shipping - USPS Ground Advantage. Estimated delivery: 4–10 business days for U.S. addresses, 7–22 business days internationally.
- Priority Mail Express - Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days in the U.S., 3–5 business days internationally.
- UPS Ground - Includes tracking & insurance. Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days.
- UPS Next Day - Includes tracking & insurance. Estimated delivery: 1 business day.
- DHL E-commerce - Includes tracking & insurance. Estimated delivery: 3-14 business days.
Carrier Business Days:
- USPS: Monday–Saturday (excluding federal holidays)
- UPS: Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays)
- DHL: Monday–Friday (excluding major holidays)

*Keep in mind carriers may change their policy for what is a "guaranteed" service. Please check with the carrier for their current policy.
Large / Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are defined as orders with more than 40 items and/or a value over $250.
We will not ship a bulk order without your prior approval and payment of final shipping charges. Once your order is placed, we’ll contact you via email within two business days with the final shipping estimate. You’ll be notified of any additional charges—or refunds—before the order is processed.
Additional Shipping Information
- A physical street address is required for all shipments. Addresses without regular carrier service may be ineligible.
- Customers must verify shipping addresses at checkout. We are not responsible for non-delivery or returned orders due to incorrect information. Additional shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility. Returned-to-sender orders may have original shipping costs and restocking fees deducted from refunds.
- Prices and shipping rates are subject to change and verification prior to shipment.
- Delivery to the carrier counts as delivery to the customer. All shipping claims (delays, lost items, or damage) must be processed through the carrier and follow their claim procedures.
- Occasionally, we may substitute an alternate carrier or method with comparable shipping times if your selected method is unavailable. A representative may contact you to confirm changes.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless we make an error or the carrier fails to meet delivery commitments and issues a credit to us. Carrier claim decisions are final.
