Tesla Model 3

• Model 3 V1 Charge Port | 2017 - Sept 2020 : This vehicle has the original 3-compartment center console with hinged door. The “T” logo is centered underneath the charge port door hinge, refer to our model guide.
• Model 3 V2 Charge Port | 2021 - Jan 2024: Tesla refreshed the Model 3 with the new 2.0 matte finish sliding door center console in October 2020 and adds heated functionality to the charge port. The illuminated “T” logo is pushed to the right, off-center to the door hinge, refer to our model guide.
• Model 3 V3 Charge Port | 2024 and newer: Model 3 body refresh (“Highland”) has a redesigned charge port shape with a pointy bottom.

Tesla Model Y

• Model Y V1 Charge Port | 2019 - Jan 2021 : First generation Model Y vehicles built before 2021 had the original 3-piece center console found in the Model 3.
• Model Y V2 Charge Port | 2021 - Feb 2025: Model Y gets an early refresh in February 2021 with an updated 2.0 2-piece center console with matte finish and sliding door. The charge port is also updated to V2 with this refresh.
• Model Y V3 Charge Port | 2026 Model Y body refresh ("Juniper"). The first time Tesla officially released a "mid year" update. This vehicle has a redesigned charge port shape with a pointy bottom.

Tesla Model S

• Model S V0 | 2012 - Feb 2013: Early production Model S vehicles had a magnetic closure where the actuator is located. If your charge port style does not match our reference photo, our wrap cutout will not fit your vehicle without modification (purchase S V1).
• Model S V1 Charge Port | March 2013 - May 2021: Original compact charge port door size on all Model S & X. Door opens front to back.
• Model S V2 Charge Port | June 2021+: Tesla updates the charge port on Model S & X with a larger panel to accommodate different plug systems. The new larger charge port door opens upwards.

Tesla Model X

• Model X V1 Charge Port | 2015 - Sept 2021: Original compact charge port door size on all Model S & X. Not much room for customization, but it can be done.
• Model X V2 Charge Port | October 2021+: Tesla updates the charge port on Model S & X with a larger panel to accommodate different plug systems. The new larger charge port door opens upwards.
