Pics or it never happened. Front and rear emblems fit the Model Y, like... well... a perfectly fitting decal on an emblem. Literally thousands sold for the Model Y, and we've NEVER had an issue with a bad fitting decal. Since you prefer to take your grievances out on a review instead of following up to an email, and I can't add a paragraph here to this reply…. I’ll add some of these fun lines for separation so I can provide more details ------------------- If you are having fitment issues, it is due to one of the following issues, 1) And the most common issue... there is an install error. Front and rear decals are different sizes, and are labeled. Make sure you install the correct one... on the correct one. If it's wildly different, you installed the wrong decal on the front.. or rear. If it's slightly wonky, then you stretched or skewed the install. 2) The top and bottom emblem may be slightly out of alignment from the factory. It happens, a lot. In this case, nothing we can do will avoid this. You just need to adjust and install each piece separately. 3) You have aftermarket emblems, or... even the wrong emblems reinstalled back on your vehicle after having your car wrapped or having body work done. ----------------- Best thing to do is to email us a pic and we can help figure out what went wrong and how we can correct this. Simple fact, if you received Model Y decals, for a Model Y.. and it doesn't fit... 10 times out of 10.. it's not the cut. It’s just not. ------------------- Now.. you mentioned that you 'spoke to a rep and they said they would send a replacement'. I just looked up your conversation with Terry and there is no point where there was a discussion about us sending anything out, yet. Terry was trying to confirm the barely visible camo effect of the 3M Shadow Black (when still under the clear transfer tape). This is in fact a real problem we deal with sometimes, which is why we need clarity. She sent you some reference videos, *to which you never replied back*. It's important to reply back before getting frustrated with support. ------------------- This is by no means an attempt to get you to edit your review, we actually prefer the reviews stay unedited. We would have sent out a replacement, had we verified the pattern was in fact not at all visible on your decals. You never sent any pictures and you never confirmed with our second email sent to you. I'm just going to assume here that you did in fact peel the clear transfer tape back to verify the pattern is not visible. With that said, I’m going to send out the steering replacements for you tomorrow to correct that issue. Sorry for the mixup, really. As for the emblem, I don’t know how to help you there. This is a new complaint from you and without photos, I can’t tell you why those don’t fit and a replacement isn't going to do anything for you since we only have a single template for a Model Y. The simple fact is that all Model Y are exactly the same as of 12/12/24, and our vinyl will fit perfectly on OEM when the front is installed on the front, and the rear is installed on the rear… properly. ------------------- Thanks for sharing your review. -Andrew

Hey Jason! Thanks for sharing your awful 1 star review. Overpriced? You did go through the whole checkout process with the price shown... how in the world did you manage to complete the purchase without making amends with the cost first? Considering the decals all fit perfectly to the emblem face and you purchased a simple gloss black, there's very little that could go wrong as far as our 'terrible design'. I'm willing to bet you screwed up something from either ordering the wrong model, installing the one labeled 'front' on the back or maybe... not following our simple instructions?? Should have reached out to us for support instead of 'wasting your money', we're usually pretty reasonable... unlike some people 😬

Ouch, 2 Stars for a gloss black decal not having grey? Glossy things reflect light.. unfortunately we can't get rid of natures most wonderful features in our product photos. If you go outside and angle yourself just right in front of your emblem, you'll get to enjoy that slight grey/whitish gradient yourself. We'll try to do better though.
