Hi Nick. While I'm not sure what your complaint is from your review, I did try to look up your information to see when you tried to reach out to us. Looks like your hotmail.co.uk email was flagged as spam and that's why you didn't get a response, sorry about that!

Your email was sent after you already placed the order and it appears you were asking about fitment on the European CCS charge port.. which we do not have kits for. All listings explicitly state, "Fits all NACS charge ports found in North America (no fitment for CCS2 and GB/T plugs)".

All things considered, I'm sorry that the order didn't work out for you. I would suggest in the future, contacting the shop BEFORE you place an order... otherwise, maybe check the description instead... or the product photo!

Ah yes, this guy. First you ordered the completely wrong kit and emailed us to demand we replace the item at our cost, even though it was your mistake. Considering we were still young and irresponsible, much like yourself, we made an exception and sent you a no-return exchange for free, because we were feeling generous. You then ended up losing your replacement decals somehow, 'they just fell off', this has never happened, ever, in the history of 3M vinyl, but you demanded another free replacement to which we replied, “no problem, as long as you send back the original “incorrect kit”.

 You never replied back, instead, opened a dispute with your credit card for the charge. ---- To your question, “what difference would it make if I didn’t clean using the provided wipes, I just washed my car”… well, obviously the car wash didn’t cut it. We have never, ever had decals that didn't stick, unless the surface was contaminated. This is why we give you cleaning wipes and we emphasize on cleaning in the step by step instructions provided to you. We’ve sold thousands of these decals and have never had a case where the decal just, 'falls off'. You are probably the only person, in the universe, to have lost a decal from it just falling off. ---- Next time, try following the provided instructions and clean.. we give them to you for a reason. You’ve made mistakes ordering and cleaning, clearly reading details is an issue here. Yet, we attempted to accommodate you within reason. No Jason, these are not emblems, they are stickers, just as the title and descriptions says. This is why we don't accomodate every single persons complaints anymore. Congratulations Jason, you ruined it for everyone.
