Hi Rafael, I'm sorry to hear that you didn't receive your order yet. We know delivery issues can be frustrating but instead of leaving a bad product review for not receiving your order and leaving it at that, please make an effort to reach out to our customer service so we can try to help instead.
We know our customers are anxious to receive their custom decals so we make it a priority to ship all orders within 24 hours, unfortunately we don't have control over transit times or failures. Fortunately, all orders are shipped insured, if your order is still in transit or shows delivered and you did not receive it, that is the responsibility of the carrier.
